Ambridge is a specialized managing general underwriter of complex risks.

We write a wide variety of Transactional Insurance, Specialty Casualty, Management Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber and Reinsurance products.

Established in October 2000, our mission is to provide our clients with customized and responsive underwriting solutions for a wide variety of exposures.

Ambridge operates as a single, global MGA, managing a range of products and over $450 million in premium written by Ambridge Partners LLC in the US and over $110 million in premium written by Ambridge’s international affiliates.

We have led the market in setting new service standards and we apply this discipline to all of our products. We do this by our emphasizing team work, bringing together a team of underwriters with expertise in different disciplines on each transaction.

Over the years we have continued to add to the products we offer our clients, including Management Liability, Contingency Insurance and Intellectual Property Liability Insurance. Our expansion in 2021 brought us a suite of ten new Specialty Casualty, Cyber, Professional Liability and Reinsurance products.

Our affiliates, Ambridge Europe Limited, and Ambridge Europe GmbH & Co. KG are specialized managing general underwriters of complex risks. Ambridge Europe Limited is based in London and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom. Ambridge Europe GmbH & Co.
